2.對應(yīng)聘的企業(yè)一無所知，證明你對這份工作并不感興趣
“對不起，對公司我還不是很了解。”面對你誠實(shí)的回答，很多面試官會覺得你遇事疏于準(zhǔn)備。為了做好功課，除了需要了解該崗位的關(guān)鍵能力以外，還需要知道對方的核心業(yè)務(wù)，這樣當(dāng)面試官問你的時候，才不至于一無所知。
選聘企業(yè)不僅要了解它的行業(yè)背景、主要產(chǎn)品等基本情況，更重要的是要了解這個企業(yè)的企業(yè)文化，了解其核心價值觀。要思考我是否能認(rèn)同這個企業(yè)的文化，是否能融入這個企業(yè)，給考官一個接受你的理由。
3.回答問題時，不要刻意迎合或一味取悅面試考官
原因是，首先你并不能確知考官對問題的答案和取向是什么，其次是每個人對同一個問題的看法都不盡相同，但比較一致的判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是：你回答問題是否真實(shí)，是否坦率，是否符合實(shí)際與常識。例如：被問到“對工資待遇有何要求和期望”，對應(yīng)屆生而言這是個很容易回答的問題，但有些應(yīng)試者會繞來繞去，顧左右而言他，給人以不誠實(shí)和愛掩飾的印象。
你的答案是否有你自己的根據(jù)，有自己對答案合理的邏輯分析、解釋和判斷，而非人云亦云，迎合雇主和考官。例如：被問到“你求職時對國有企業(yè)、外資企業(yè)、民營企業(yè)的看法和判斷”。其實(shí)提問者并不會以此作為對應(yīng)試者取舍的判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或參考，很顯然求職中的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)學(xué)生對此都有非常普遍和時下流行的看法和認(rèn)知，而實(shí)際上大多數(shù)應(yīng)試者往往會根據(jù)參加的是哪類企業(yè)面試而選擇答案，明顯不是應(yīng)試人的真實(shí)想法和看法，往往是只說應(yīng)聘企業(yè)的好話或優(yōu)點(diǎn)，強(qiáng)調(diào)其他類型企業(yè)的缺點(diǎn)或負(fù)面印象，有些說法十分經(jīng)不起推敲，甚至是明顯的謬誤。例如“我選擇國有企業(yè)，才能更好地為國家和人類作貢獻(xiàn)，因此我不考慮其他企業(yè)”：“國有企業(yè)有很好的企業(yè)文化、人文環(huán)境，有利于個人的職業(yè)發(fā)展”等等。似是而非、望文生義并無根據(jù)的說法，完全不能為你加分。
你的答案是否樸素、平和、客觀、友善，而不是刻意地走極端和過分的標(biāo)新立異。
第二，回答問題時，不要主觀認(rèn)定回答問題的正面影響或負(fù)面影響，先入為主，言不由衷。這鐘傾向尤其是在回答一些有關(guān)自我評價和性格特征類的問題時在應(yīng)試者中表現(xiàn)得十分普遍。例如：當(dāng)被問到“你的性格特點(diǎn)有哪些”“你有何突出的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)”時，絕大多數(shù)應(yīng)試者的回答中常有這樣的內(nèi)容：“我的性格外向，愿意與人交往，朋友很多，做事迅速，追求完美”等等，類似的回答還有很多，有時與考官的感覺和印象明顯是相左的。難道你就認(rèn)定：“性格內(nèi)向，交友謹(jǐn)慎，做事縝密，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)切實(shí)可行，不追求完美”等等，就一定是負(fù)面或缺陷嗎?因此我的建議還是實(shí)事求是，把一個真實(shí)的你介紹給考官，讓人感覺你很坦誠、很真實(shí)，對自己很了解，有自知之明更為重要。
4.不要盲目自大，也不要因?yàn)槿狈?jīng)驗(yàn)而自卑
不要為自己缺乏工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)而自卑，事實(shí)上，關(guān)鍵在于你是否有分析問題和解決問題的能力和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
5.與其說“給我時間，我會好好學(xué)習(xí)”，不如講講可被證明的自己具備的學(xué)習(xí)能力
6.不要夸夸其談，針對問題，簡單明了，先做出結(jié)論，然后再講一個故事說明
針對個人的特長和以往成功的案例，準(zhǔn)備簡短的描述。在合適的時候表達(dá)和證明自己已具備的能力和以往的成就。
比如說，你申請管理者崗位，問“你會關(guān)注工作的細(xì)節(jié)嗎?”答：“細(xì)節(jié)是管理中很重要的內(nèi)容，我往往通過細(xì)節(jié)來檢查和督促工作的進(jìn)展。前不久，我們做了一個項目……”講的時候要注意面試者的反應(yīng)，適可而止。記住，不是講得越多越好，講得到位最好。
7.盡量展示自己與眾不同的地方
被面試者要能回答面試者心中最大的問題：“我為什么要雇你而不是其他的候選人?”
8.自我介紹要實(shí)事求是，要正確地評價自我，坦誠表達(dá)自己的職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的目標(biāo)
例如：被問到“你怎樣看待你是否適合應(yīng)聘的崗位?”有的應(yīng)試者往往簡單地采取表決心或明顯的一廂情愿、盲目自信，例如：“這個崗位我最適合，非我莫屬”，“我的性價比是最高的”，“你給我一個機(jī)會，我還你一個驚喜”等等，完全不顧個人表現(xiàn)出來的實(shí)際情況，一味地按照崗位要求，強(qiáng)調(diào)自己的優(yōu)勢。其實(shí)考官更愿意聽到和看到的是你對此有什么樣的疑問和擔(dān)心，自己設(shè)想將在未來怎樣面對和適應(yīng)的切實(shí)設(shè)想與打算，因?yàn)槟惝吘故莻€新手，你并不確切地了解這個崗位到底要求的是什么。
9.面對“你有什么弱點(diǎn)”這個問題時，你的回答可能正能考察你的實(shí)事求是態(tài)度
有的應(yīng)聘者往往忽略自己的弱點(diǎn)，用一些看似聰明的回答應(yīng)付，比如說“我的缺點(diǎn)就是做事太追求完美”，或者說“我的不足就是沒有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)”，其實(shí)這種回答恰恰反映了應(yīng)聘者不具備自我認(rèn)知能力。所以，正視自己的不足，舉例說明自己如何克服自己的弱點(diǎn)，反而會表現(xiàn)出應(yīng)聘者的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?/p>
坦率地承認(rèn)不足比硬撐著不服軟好，因?yàn)闆]有人完美無缺。硬撐著，只能說明你不虛心，重要的是認(rèn)識自己的不足，而后努力地改善和提高。
10.要面帶微笑，正視考官
參加面試第一印象很重要，要給人自信、親和、謙遜的形體語言。
11.面試應(yīng)該準(zhǔn)備個人的基本資料，有條不紊、整齊地擺放在面前。翻閱時不要凌亂。要表現(xiàn)自己良好的工作習(xí)慣
