摘要:49MnVS3非調(diào)質(zhì)鋼(/%:0.47C,0.39Si,0.90Mn,0.016P,0.050S,0.22Cr,0.09V,0.015Ti,0.011Al,0.02Ni)的生產(chǎn)流程為鐵水預處理-60 t頂?shù)讖痛缔D(zhuǎn)爐-LF處理-VD真空脫氣-220 mm×300 mm坯連鑄-控軋控冷。研究了控軋控冷工藝對49MnVS3非調(diào)質(zhì)鋼組織和性能的影響。Ф110 mm軋材試驗工藝參數(shù):加熱溫度1150~1250℃、開軋溫度1 050℃、終軋溫度850℃、軋后冷卻速度70℃/min、冷卻開始溫度850℃和終止溫度500℃.結果表明,試驗爐次晶粒度提高0.5-1.0級,帶狀組織減輕0.5~1.5級,硬度、強度及塑韌性均有所提升,獲得良好的強韌性匹配。
